Hi my name is Julia! I’m 23 and I live on the Upper West Side. I’m a professional dancer in New York and have a passion for performing and teaching dance. (Side note I am very open to teaching lessons / incorporating movement if there is any interest). I have always loved connecting with and taking care of children. I studied psychology with a concentration in early child development and sociology in college therefore I have a great understanding of how the child brain operates and how to mediate/create a safe and understanding environment for the child. I also have experience nannying neuro-divergent children which has given me a lot of perspective and insight on how to care for children with specific needs. My first priority is always to make the child feel safe and supported in my company and under my care. I strive to create fun and interactive environments that foster growth and creativity. I value communication regardless of the age of the child. Simply put children just bring me so much joy and purpose and I love getting to work with young ones in any capacity.
