My name is Isabel and I am 23 years old. I graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a B. A in Psychological Sciences and Dance Movement Studies. My experience with children started when I was 16 years old. I have been babysitting around Westchester County for children between the ages of 2-12 and I was also a 2nd-grade camp counselor at The Harvey Camp for 3 years. Through my major, I have learned about child development and how kids behave, think, learn, and feel. I also completed a service-learning placement where I was placed in an inclusive classroom with 2-4-year-olds, which was such a different experience for me! I really enjoy seeing children in both an educational and non-educational setting. I enjoy being in nature, using my imagination, being active, reading, dancing, and having fun. There is so much we can learn from children and I love seeing how their minds work! I just recently moved to the city and would love to continue to be involved with kids, as that is what I am looking to do as I go further with my studies.
