Hello! My name is Emma, and I am a babysitter and nanny based in Los Angeles. My approach to childcare is rooted in mutual respect and in nurturing the child’s sense of curiosity. I prioritize empathy and kindness and I love to encourage creativity and play. Arts and crafts are right in my strike zone, but whatever your child is interested in, I want to foster that excitement. Experience wise, I was an after school enrichment teacher through LA’s Best. There I taught an improv class and a creative writing class to fourth and fifth graders. I also have three wonderful nieces (ages 3 to 11) who I love to babysit. A bit about me outside of childcare—I am passionate about storytelling, laughing, and community outreach. I am an actor and a director. I graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a degree in theater in 2017, then promptly moved back to LA where I was born and raised.
