Hello! My name is Adita Das and I am a student studying at Columbia University. I am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children. With experience managing activities and responsibilities for groups, I have honed my organizational skills and developed a deep understanding of how to engage children creatively and meaningfully.

I have a background in mentoring and leadership, having worked with various programs where I guided and supported students. These experiences have given me strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt to individual needs. I am also First Aid certified, ensuring safety is always my top priority.

I love working with kids because every day brings something newwhether it’s helping with homework, playing games, or sparking their curiosity about the world. I look forward to building connections with families and becoming a trusted part of their support system.
