Hello , my name is Luz. I have always had a deep love for working with children, which stems from growing up in a large family with over 40 cousins and a younger brother who is now 11 years old. From a young age, I naturally took on the role of caretaker, helping out with my brother and many younger cousins .

Being a part of such a large family has given me invaluable experience in understanding children’s needs and behaviors. Beyond my family , I have also gained experience from babysitting for other families in my community. My brother’s journey with autism has taught me patience, empathy, and effective communication skills and has equipped me with the ability to handle various situations with kindness, creativity, and calmness.I have actively supported my mom in raising him, which has further strengthened my passion for working with children of all ages and backgrounds.

I am a fashion designer currently in college studying business online and soon turning 23 . I’m also fluent in Spanish and can practice with the kids. I believe in creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children can thrive, feel safe, and have fun.
