As some nannies and babysitters see watching children as a duty and task, I believe it is best to watch and handle children in a caring, loving, and soft manner. I love working with children, and it will be shown by the way i treat your children with affection. And in the process, the responsibilities laid out for the child/children by YOU (parent or guardian) will be taken care of. I already have experience working with children as i am a music teacher for very young kids!
