I believe in being a strong nurturing role model for all the children under my care. In my past experience, Ive got to bond with two lovely kids, one of them being 4 years old and the other being 6 years old. The children were under my care for about 3 wonderful years. I would help the children with their homework, as well as, help them walk to after school extracurricular activities. The parents had high expectations for their children and were very clear on keeping them on a set schedule. I followed their guidelines efficiently and from careful observation made the parents aware of any behavior that deemed challenging or would be cause for concern. I take my job extremely seriously and strive to become a trusted figure for not only the parents I work for but for the children as well! :)
