Hello Family!

My name is Naphka Franois. I recently graduated from Rutgers University majoring in HRM and Labor Studies. I’m the oldest of three, and I’ve cared for all my siblings as well as many of my little cousins. I’m a dedicated and responsible babysitter with several years of experience working with children of various ages ever since I was in Haiti. My journey in childcare started during my time in school when I began babysitting for friends and family. Since then, I’ve expanded my knowledge and skills through formal training.

I have completed CPR and first aid certification to ensure I can respond to any unexpected situations with confidence. I’ve also taken courses in child development and early childhood education, which have equipped me with a deeper understanding of a child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.

Throughout my babysitting career, I’ve had the pleasure of caring for children ranging from infants to pre-teens, and I’ve gained invaluable insights into tailoring my approach to suit each child’s unique personality and needs. I love engaging kids in creative activities, helping with homework, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
