Hi, I’m a 19-year-old college student at Baruch College.
I’ve always found joy and fulfillment in caring for others, a passion that stems from my personal experiences growing up. From a young age, I’ve played a significant role in raising my little sister, an experience that has not only brought us closer but also taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and nurturing in a child’s life. This early experience laid the foundation for my love of childcare and has been a constant source of personal growth and satisfaction.

In addition to my experience at home, I’ve also been a summer camp gym counselor, where I had the opportunity to engage with children of various ages in a fun, energetic, and safe environment. This role honed my skills in creating engaging activities while ensuring each child’s well-being and happiness, further fueling my passion for working with children.

Babysitting my cousins has also been a significant part of my life, allowing me to develop a versatile approach to childcare, adapting to different ages and personalities, and understanding the unique needs of each child.

Moreover, caring for my grandfather with Alzheimer’s has given me a profound sense of responsibility and empathy. This experience has taught me the value of compassion and patience, especially when dealing with challenging situations.

My diverse experiences in childcare and eldercare have shaped me into a reliable, caring, and adaptable sitter.
