Hello! My name is Teila Mimms. I am the mother of 4 children, and have over 20 years of childcare experience. I love kids, and caring for them is a passion of mine! I have worked with all age groups; in school settings, daycare settings, and in-home care. When it comes to my job I do it all: cooking, playing, transporting, homework help, light housework and pet care, diapers, potty training. My goal is to help families by easing some of the burdens and stress that so many parents deal with on the regular. I understand that every child is an individual with their own distinct personality, and that there is no one size fits all method to great child care. I will get to know your child or children on a personal and unique level, while nurturing their individual needs. One of the most rewarding aspects of this line of work is getting to know new children and watching them grow until my services are no longer needed. By then I no longer consider them as “charges”. They have become family. I look forward to hearing from and getting to know you and your family soon!
