Im Baylee! I am currently studying to become an elementary educator. I have babysat for 10+ years, nannied for 4 years, taught preschool and student taught 4th grade. I have experience with ages 2 months to 12 years and up to 10 kids at a time. I have training in early childhood development. I love to be creative and bring new fun ways to teach children everyday. I am very organized and always prepared. I love to keep kids active therefore i provide activities, crafts, and music. I love the outdoors and like to do as many activities as i can outside.
