Hello!
My name is Melanie and I love to work with children because I feel like I can have a positive impact on the younger generation and that makes me feel like I am making a difference in the world. I have many years of experience taking care of children, babysitting and working with children as well in a professional setting. I have worked with the program Jumpstart for Young Children where I was a team leader and went with my group of peers, from our University, into a preschool classroom every week to read to the children and enagaged with them in activites related to the stories. This job did not even feel like a job honestly because I enjoyed every minute of being there and helping out. What sets me apart from other caregivers is that I will do my absolute best to care for and protect any child and help them in any way that I can.
