Hi! Current fourth year medical student with a lot more free time now that residency applications are in! Prior to med school, I had a short stint in corporate America as a management consultant but felt like it wasnt the right fit. My other job experiences include tutoring k-8 at Kumon, and a private tutor for a preteen with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Since, my career path has led me to becoming a child psychiatrist, so I cant think of a better way to spend the time than working with kids!

That being said – Im CPR certified, and just 2 credits shy from being an MD (wow, still feels wild to think about) Im originally from New York City, I speak Korean, and I am an exceptionally good cook (my personal statement was about being able to throw together anything with leftover ingredients) I obviously love kids – in fact, Im an even bigger fan of a grumpy teen as Id like to treat adolescent depression in the future.
