My name is Faye-an Tonisha, a former preschool teacher currently residing in Jamaica, NY. I find joy in traveling and engaging in artistic activities like painting and drawing. The outdoors is my sanctuary! Reading, organizing, and cleaning are also among my hobbies. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University and am currently enrolled in a master’s program focusing on reading and instruction.

Caring for children has been my passion since the age of 19, and I have extensive experience with ages ranging from 12 months to 12 years old, including after-school settings and babysitting in my neighborhood. As an advocate for children, I go above and beyond to ensure they feel safe, wanted, and loved.

Being a preschool teacher has enriched my understanding of children, and I see myself as a facilitator for their growth. I love making learning fun through activities like painting, coloring, reading, and outdoor exploration.
