As a sitter who has worked with a child with a neurodevelopmental disability, I understand the importance of not only being patient and caring with a child, but also working with them on their level. Im not simply looking for employmentIm looking to both teach and create smiles with whatever child is put in my care. As members of society, we should all value helping children (and parents!) achieve their goals, big or small, and thats a value I intend to uphold.
