I’ve worked from home since "97 before it was a thing. I was able to juggle running a business, keeping a household and raising my children. I had the best of both worlds. For the past 4 years I’ve been aiding in the care of elderly parents and inlaws suffering from dementia and other illnesses. Caring for the elderly is taxing, overwhelming and trying on your patience. Caring for young children is similar but yet different.
All children are wondeful, babies are just so sweet… requiring simple love and caring. Now toddlers and pre k ages are my favorite. They are eager to learn and always willing to help. I love cooking and really enjoying teaching children where food comes from and how it’s prepared. It’s a learning experience and introduces new foods to sometimes peaky eaters.
I am crafty and love seeing their little faces when they’ve completed a project with their own hands!

I’m quite active, workout daily and have boundless energy…I’ll probably tire out your child before they tire me out!
Children need fresh air and sunshine on the daily, riding bikes, exploring nature or simply spending time outside is so important.

I may not have a formal education in early childhood development, but I have a lifetime of experience raising my own children and countless nieces and nephews.

Rate: $22/hour – $30/hour
