In all of my professional experience, my goal is for everyone to feel respected, and make sure they know that their feelings matter.

When Ive worked with children, whether as a person they first see at the front desk, Girl Scouts, or through babysitting, Ive shared in their level of enthusiasm. Whether they are having a bad or good day, I make sure Im a listening ear and comforting presence.

I care about the work I do in all capacities, and knowing that I can directly impact a childs life in a babysitting role is something I hold with high regard. I always want them to feel seen and heard, so I hope I can add to their life by not only helping them, but helping their parents. I know how much my role matters, and if I can positively impact the whole family, then I know Im doing something right.
