Being the second child in a large family, I first started caring for my siblings and relatives. Throughout high school I helped out numerous of family friends’ and neighbors’ children. After graduating high school, I moved to Columbus to be a full-time nanny/babysitter for one year before committing to college. In the year that I took off from schooling, I spent most of my time working for a family of 9. I was fortunate enough to continue helping the same family out even while I was attending school at OSU. After graduating with my bachelors degree, I began working as a pediatric dental hygienist at a local dental office in Columbus. While working, I was able to create meaningful and lasting memories for many families. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to continue my education and began working towards my masters degree. I am currently in my third year of school and will be graduating from Ohio State this upcoming May with my masters in architecture.
