Hi there! Like many others, I started babysitting as soon as I could drive. My first job was a family with 4 kiddos, ages 4-12, and they definitely gave me a run for my money—but because of them I fell in love with childcare! It is so cool to watch kiddos learn and grow, and help them do so. I went on to teach in an elementary school for 2 years, but learned that the classroom setting wasn’t for me, though I did gain a lot of valuable insight into early childhood education and child psychology. Having one-on-one time with little ones, helping them learn through play, and being able to give them my undivided attention and support is so fulfilling to me, and each child I’ve worked with has taught me something about myself. I look forward to meeting with you and making a connection!
