I love spending time with kids, I rather keep kids away from the screens as much as possible and enjoy coming up with activities that they can do instead.
Im currently in my last semester at Queens College as a Media Communications major, because my classes are online they dont interfere with my babysitting schedule.
Im currently enrolled in USCSanDiegos course Parenting101 to learn more about child development. Im also currently working on becoming CPR certified.
I was a dancer growing up and still enjoy participating in Pilates and yoga, I know Ive had parents in the past that really want me to show their kids yoga as its a fun, quiet activity that also gets them to be physically active.
Im very familiar with the New York transit system as Ive been living in NYC for 7 years, prior to that I lived in Dominican Republic so Im fluent in Spanish. Ive also had families encourage me to incorporate Spanish while spending time with their kids to help them learn the language.
I was also an after school tutor for some time for I have experience helping kids of various ages with their homework.
