Hi,

My name is Yamiliss Ramirez. I am a 28 year old Bushwick native and aspiring baker. Im a self taught baker who creates and develops recipes, slowing curating baked goods to develop my own signature style.

Ive always been surrounded by children as I come from a big family. I cared for my 3 younger siblings and shadowed my mother often. At about 14, I began babysitting my cousins and children of family friends. I have cared for as many as 3 children and over weekends.

I enjoy working with kids because they’re very unpredictable in the best way. I enjoy their company how sweet and adventurous they can be. The way you can bond with a child whether it be through music, crafts, or story-telling.

Im looking for flexibility and a healthy calm environment that allows me to put my best foot forward. Communication is top priority for me, and for respect to be given both ways. Although I have my own child card practices and methods, I am very open to collaborating to develop practices that are best suited for your child/children.
