Hi, my name is Rosie. I discovered quite early that babies and young children were special, and that I wanted to take care of them.
I have been taking care of infants and toddlers for 20yrs now!
My care philosophy is attention, patience, compassion and respect. I have such deep respect for children; there is an inherent wisdom in every child and I try to pay attention to that. They have taught me so much about life and how to be in the world, and I in turn try to help them learn to be in the world.
I am particularly passionate about early childhood development, from 0-3, critical years for emotional, physical and mental development, and I make it my mission to give all the children in my charge the highest quality care. They deserve it! And you, their parents, deserve it too. I know the enormous responsibility handed to me, when you choose to put your child in my care, and I want to honor that trust.

My experience includes twins(0-2yr), premies, siblings, nanny share with multiple children, and birth and postpartum doula care.
I have also assisted children in my care with PT, OT, speech therapy, and baby swim classes.
I know the importance of maintaining your familys preferred schedule, and do my best to maintain that for everyones comfort.
I enjoy healthy food and exercise, and I would love to share that with your children.
