Children are the future. I adorn their humble spirit and contrite demeanor. They teach me the true meaning of trustworthiness and unconditional love.

At the tender age of six years old, I became a legal god-mother to a precious baby girl. At age seven years old, I became a heroine for rescuing a baby from a burning house. Then, at age 11 years old, I became a big sister to the tiniest, most beautiful newborn baby girl.
At the age of thirteen, I began babysitting for my church members. I loved it. During the summers, I worked at my high school summer camp as a Camp Couselor. Upon graduation, I became a Camp Instructor teaching arts and crafts for two consecutive summers after.

In 2008, I gave birth to my first born son. He opened my eyes and boarden my ability to become a more responsible, sociable, objective, and caring woman. Motherhood is the greatest gift given to me. The strong desire of nurturing and protecting him made me quit my part-time job at Kmart and became a Stay-At-Home Mom. Being a single young mom I sacrifice my higher education as well and focus on my newborn well being. During this time I babysat for other single working moms in my community, church, and friends.

Presently, I am a single mother of three children. My oldest child is sixteen years old, my second is fourteen years old, and my third is twelve years old. I have always been an active mother in my children education and extracurricular activities. I volunteered my time reading, doing arts and crafts project, member of the PTA, and parent groups.

I recently moved back to New York permanently with my three children and I am seeking employment in my fond field of childcare. I have no transportation but I do have a driver’s license.
