Hello prospective families! I am currently in my last year finishing up my secondary education degree to teach 7-12 grade social studies. As such, I have received a robust education regarding pedagogy, child and adolescent psychology, and of course, my content specialty. Through this program as well as supplementary scholarship and professional development opportunities, I have had the opportunity to work within multiple New York City public schools with students ranging from fourth to eleventh grades.

In addition to my relevant educational endeavors, I have over ten years of experience in New York City as a babysitter and nanny, as well as one year of experience working at a daycare and preschool facility. The long-term nannying relationships I developed have been some of my most enriching experiences and have resulted in lasting friendships. The children in my care have varied in ages. I have worked regularly with infants and toddlers all the way through middle school aged adolescents.

Beyond childcare, I also have pet care experience, owning and operating my own dog-care and cat-sitting company in the past. I am happy to help with pet care and can be versatile in helping with various household needs.
