I am a 21 year old caring , compassionate and very understanding person who loves working with kids . I have 5 years working experience but i grew up helping raised my siblings cousins nieces etc, which shaped and molded my love and compassion for children . I believe children are such blessings and should be treated preciously, they are the future so i always try to guide them with the great morals and values that i was taught as a child . As a sitter / nanny I dont just (watch) children , i learn and understand them , communicate with them and create a relationship with them as their nanny , i work with the parents to provide them with structure but all in all the fun never ends !
