Hey! Name is Lesly. Ive been working with children for approximately 3 years regarding me being an older sister which has also gave me a boost in experience with kids. One of my best qualities that ive been told is how patient I am with kids. Ive worked with kids with special needs as well. I enjoy being a sitter because ive always been in touch with my nurturing side and knowing that kids feel excited or safe with me its a warming feeling because it makes me think of how my future kids will feel. With babysitting im open to assisting with homework or schoolwork, transportation( except to drive), teaching the wrongdoing in certain bad habits including the teaching of manners, preparing their favorite meals, assisting with personal hygiene, supervising, and most importantly, building a connection with the person in this work field is being able to listen and communicate with the patient. You can’t let your emotions or opinions get in the way so self-awareness is essential.
