Hi there! My name is Kelli and I have 5+ years of experience in working with children ages 6 months-10 years. I have had the amazing opportunity to work personally with families in their home as well as in academic settings as a summer camp counselor and paraprofessional. I specialize in meeting children where they are in order to build meaningful bonds with them which makes caring for them, a breeze! I am highly energetic and am always creating new ways to help the children I work with enjoy themselves. I believe children learn best by being hands-on and interacting with their environment. This is why I pride myself on making every moment a learning experience for children while helping them gain their sense of self. Professionally, I have completed 16 hours of OSHA training and am a certified paraprofessional during the school year. Outside of childcare, I am professionally trained in various dance forms including jazz, ballet and modern.
