Hi! My name is Kamayah, and I am 22 years old. Currently I am a senior at St. Josephs University, majoring in Biology and minoring in psychology. I have 2 years of experience working at a daycare as both a caretaker and a tutor. I love to work with kids, and find fun ways to tutor subjects such as science, math, and English. In NYC specifically, kids are often preparing for ELA and Math state tests. At the daycare I worked at, my goal was to prepare study sheets with questions typically asked during these exams. I was also in charge of picking the kids I tutored up from the bus, as well as making sure they ate an afterschool snack and completed any other homework or assignments they had.
