Im Jasmine from Brooklyn.
I have experience working with children in settings such as schools, residents, their homes and medical appointments. I use to substitute as a teacher at an elementary school as well as junior high-school as an Art teacher. I worked at YAI, at a residence with children with developmental disabilities. There I would advocate for the children at medical appointments, as well as support them in every day life at their residence. I also use to work for preventative and foster care. Assisting with bringing families back together. I also have experience watching two children in the night while their mom is at work.(This was in my teenage years). I have a bachelors in psychology as at a time my intentions were set on becoming a child psychologist. I know this may sound cliche, however I have a passion for working with children. I connect with children instantly because of the energy I have of wanting to still be my younger self. I am understanding, responsible, supportive, and fun.
