Hi, my name is Jamie. I am a part time baby sister. I have been babysitting since I was 19 years old. I worked full time taking care of an infant up until she was 2 years old. My responsibilities consisted of managing her daily schedule, prepared and served snacks and meals, led fun learning activities that included singing, dancing, and arts and crafts, cleaning/organizing up after activities, and maintaining nap schedule. After, I worked as a lead kindergarten teacher at a charter school and my responsibilities consisted of education children with an without IEPs teaching them how to read and write, and solve multi-step math problems. Apart from my experience working with children, I love being a role model to the youth and providing support. Children have fast growing minds and deserve to have a life filled with experience that teaches them self-knowledge. The adults in childrens lives are the start to their way of thinking, my joy is being the adult that allows them to think bigger and betterand also be themselves! They are allowed to have fun
