Babysitting doesnt feel like a job to me. I feel as if im joining a family as a big brother and helping out the parents while there at work etc. I have been babysitting for years and each and every child i babysat i built a connection with them. Working with children you have to show them respect and genuine love. Every child should feel comfortable with there sitter and thats why I do what I do because I love children.
