My name is Georgia. I’m a student at Vassar College. I’m originally from Los Angeles. I have worked as a camp counselor before, taking care of 10 elementary school aged children around the clock. During this time, I was in charge of the 10 campers at all hours, getting them awake in the morning, making sure everyone was ready for the day’s activities, feeding them, and the most fun: playing games with them. I also had to deal with conflicts between campers or moments of homesickness, working to comfort them while remaining patient. I also have experience babysitting one-on-one. Most of what I love about spending time with children is their imagination and playful energy. I love engaging in creative projects and being active with kids, whether that be going on a walk, playing games, doing arts and crafts, or reading.
