Hi there! My name is Gabrielle McDonald. I am 24 years old and just moved to Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I grew up with a step-mom who had a daycare in the house. I was regularly lending a hand with whatever she needed. I have also been babysitting since I was 13. I have experience with ages infancy to 12 years old. I am certified in CPR and first aid. I also carry a license as a nurses assistant in the state of Vermont and Maine. I have an Associates degree in Health Science and I am working on obtaining an Associates Degree in Nursing. I have taken a few college courses that have helped me better understand children, such as Human Growth and Development. I have also taken a class in Elementary Education. I have a very gentle and empathetic approach with kids. I love to do crafts, play with toys, and get outside and get active. I find that being surrounded by kids is great for my inner-child!
