Hello! I am a Brooklyn-based photographer and Columbia University grad with about 10 years of childcare experience. I love the magic and creativity of childhood, and the task of molding children into the best versions of themselves they can become. I believe in positive affirmations, experiential learning, and the fostering of creativity in all its forms.

I began babysitting as a teenager, and quickly moved on to becoming a child educator at a Jewish social justice-oriented summer camp. There, I built curriculums for all ages about the importance of social justice, socialism, community, and independence. I continued this work throughout college in the form of after school programming. I also babysat throughout college, and began to full-time nanny 2020 through 2021.

I am currently a full time artist, passionate about visual arts, music, and uplifting the voices of communities that are often marginalized. A lot of my work emphasizes the normalization of differences in gender, race, class, beauty, and other aspects of human identity. I would love the chance to be able to share these passions and worldviews with a child, and help them build their own interests as well.

I am also genderqueer (I am non-binary and use they/them pronouns). I believe that breaking down gender roles and expectations is an important way for children to understand the world around them. By normalizing queerness in both love and gender, children learn that there is not one singular set path on which to navigate the world, but rather, we have the option to develop ourselves into who we want to be. When children are given the tools to question and interrogate social norms, they are able to develop into independent free thinkers who are accepting of all.
