Hello family. my name is dominique vidal, I am 22 years old. I have always had a passion to work with kids since i was young, i grew up babysitting my siblings and cousins. I love having fun with the kids and doing activities, my main priority is making sure the kids are comfortable with me so i do everything in my power to make them feel as such. I have about 6 years of experience working with kids, 3 Years as a sub para in public schools. The skills i have working with children are communication, organization and the ability to multitask. Also being creative with children plays a big part to keep them open minded and helping them focus on the bigger picture, rather then using technology all the time. I originally trained to work with children with special needs, which is normally harder to deal with but it helped me to be very patient and understanding with children.
