Hi, I am Dominican so I speak both English and Spanish. Being in a Hispanic family has given the chance to get childcare experience. Taking care of younger cousins and siblings has taught me how to be patient, caring, flexible, organized and know how to problem solve.
Ive also had work experience with SYEP and working with prekindergarten and 1st grade students. Ive helped them with learning how to read, write, math, and creating fun activities.
Ive wanted to try Sittercity because most of my working experience is with babysitting and it makes it easier to find families that need a sitter. It also helps me get extra money on the side to pay for college.
I have a passion for working with children and I cant wait for the opportunities to come
