My philosophy centers around fostering a sense of security, respect, and independence. I value open communication and encourage children to express their thoughts and emotions. As the oldest of 4 girls, I have naturally fallen into a leadership and babysitting role that I cherish deeply. All throughout my adolescence, and early twenties I have been the go-to baby sitter for friends, family, and people in my community- looking to contribute to this neighbourhood in the same way.

On a more personal note, health and well-being are important to me, and I make time for activities that nourish both my body and mind. This might include practicing mindfulness, pursuing physical fitness through sports or exercise, or simply enjoying moments of tranquility to recharge. I am someone who believes in giving back to the community. Engaging in volunteer work or contributing to causes that align with my values is a meaningful part of my life outside of work.
