Hi!! My name is Cheyenne, and I am an incoming Masters Student in Marriage & Family Therapy looking to provide childcare during the summer before I start my program (and potentially continue with a family into the fall)! For the past year, I have worked as an intake coordinator at NYU Langones Military Family Center for mental health, which has involved working with children and families on a daily basis in a professional context.

In addition to my more professional experience (and interest) in working with children and families, I have been working in the childcare space since I was 15 years old. Aside from babysitting regularly for neighbors and family friends, I also have led two cohorts of a junior youth spiritual empowerment program, in which I assisted children ages 11-15 in developing spiritual qualities and bettering their reading comprehension skills.

In my free time, I enjoy writing music, going to the gym, cooking nutritious foods, and spending time outdoors. I also was born and raised in the New York metro area (and grew up going to school in NYC), so I know all boroughs very well and will feel competent navigating them with your children, as required.
