Hi! I’m Charlie and I’m currently a substitute and part-time teacher at Little Red School House in the West Village, primarily working with 4-10 year-olds, but I am excited for the opportunity to gain more experience with kids of all ages! I have a passion for mentoring and helping our little friends grow into kind-spirited, creative critical thinkers. Although I love working with classes at the school, my favorite parts of the day are when I get to help smaller groups or individual kids solve problems, create art in different forms, and explore the world through books, projects, and real-world adventures to museums, parks, gardens, and wherever else we might find answers to those shockingly-profound questions that kids come up with. I would love to work with a family full-time, but I don’t mind becoming your go-to sitter for your weekly date nights or when you just need some time away from the kids!
