I can remember when I was little when my parents would go out and we would have a sitter come watch me and my two sisters. She was a neighbor down the street, and each time she came over she brought over her old horse toys and would play with us. She cared a lot for my sisters and me, and her engagement with us was something we always found special.

As I got older, I began babysitting for families at my school who had younger children, and my experience with my babysitter stayed with me. I wanted to be what she was for me and my sisters with the children I was now a sitter for. I was a sitter throughout middle school and high school, typically as a regular sitter for each family.

I believe I am a great nanny due to my genuine love for children and my dedication to providing a positive and nurturing environment. My passion for childcare goes beyond just fulfilling the basic responsibilities; it involves creating meaningful connections with the children under my care. I understand the importance of fostering a sense of security and trust, and I strive to be a reliable and supportive presence in their lives. I have lots of experience with ages 1-12, both boys and girls. I spent a summer between semesters in college as a nanny for a family with four young kids (ages 1-5). My experience as a nanny made me cherish my relationship with taking care of children more. I enjoyed getting to know each child and what makes them who they are. It has been very special being able to experience the growth and development of all the children I have watched and taken care of over the years.

As a nanny/sitter I am also comfortable with pets, doing light housework, cleaning, and cooking.
