I used to work at a daycare working with kids raging from 2-4, and I also used to work in a summer program with older kids raging from different ages. something that sets me apart especially in being a mom myself is I can relate to the worries/anxiety a mom can feel leaving her baby under care of a stranger, so I would always reassure mom.
