My name is Alina, and I have spent a lot of time with kids of all ages. I volunteered for a year in Nairobi, Kenya working with 90-200 kids at a childrens home. I have been a camp counselor for several summers, leading large groups of children, and being responsible for 10 girls in my cabin. I love staying active with children and doing some form of art with them. In total, I have worked with kids for 8/10 years and baby sat for many families in my hometown. I prioritize engaging with all kids and having healthy communication with them.
I think it is important to always have teachable moments!
I have worked with kids of all ages from 2 year olds to 18 year olds and have adapted well to adjust to what their age needs.
