I am a Childhood Education major finishing my first year of college. I am currently an high school assistant track coach so I am able to deal with different personalities & large groups if needed. I have experience in managing multiple children at a time due to being a mentor & tutor in middle school after school programs. What sets me apart is my age although I am on the younger side I am very driven and I feel as though I have a better understanding of childrens needs due to the fact that I am closer in age.
