Hi, My name is Tieana, I have 4 siblings ,ever since my youngest brother was born he have been cling on to me, I felt like I had an experience of knowing how to feels to take care of a infant to toddler now to preschool. I have always felt like I understood children , I can tell whats wrong and know how to connect to them. I also took care of my sister when she was younger too. This is my first time trying to apply for a job also today is Oct 14, my birthday , I waited until I was 18 to apply for my first job which was this job , thats how much I want this.
