Working with children is a great passion of mine because of their infectious energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm. It’s also immensely satisfying to watch them grow, help shape their future, and positively influence their lives. I’ve been babysitting kids for 13 years, ranging in ages from 1 to 11+. In addition, I have two years of experience as a teacher, having worked as a kindergarten teacher and K-12 substitute teacher. I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in speech and language pathology while working for the DOE as a substitute paraprofessional. I was also inspired to finish my bachelor’s degree with a minor in early childhood teaching since I am passionate about assisting young children who struggle with speech and language.
