Hi my name is Kaila-Rae I have 4 years of experience. I am currently in college for my associates degree in Early Childhood Education and will be going back for another two years to get my bachelors. My passion has always been to work with kids whether it is in a classroom or babysitting. I feel like this job will help with my studies and give me a more visual understanding of my studies. I have watched my niece up until she attended school. I still do watch her when needed. Kids are precious and should be put in the care of somebody you can trust and I am that somebody. I have no problems with communication and will give you updates regularly if that is what you prefer. I am very family oriented and believe that would be a plus. I am very outgoing and enjoy any extra activities that involve the child. I am also willing to do educational activities and activities that can enhance gross and fine motor skills. Im also willing to do fun crafts with the children. I can help with light housekeeping. I really look forward to meeting and working with your kids.
