I have worked in childcare for the past five years. I finished student teaching at a public school in Harlem and have done different fieldworks in classroom settings. I am currently in the process of becoming a substitute teacher in the New York City public schools. I have experience in a first grade classroom in New Paltz, NY during my first fieldwork placement in college. In addition, I have experience in the Montessori style of teaching and learning as one of my fieldwork placements was in a Montessori School from grades 1-3. I have worked as a camp counselor for the past five summers as well as this past summer I worked as the Assistant Director at a town camp up in Rochester, NY
