Hello my name is Leticia. I am a dual certified teacher (both general education/special education teacher- Grades 1-6) who is passionate, self/motivating, adaptable/flexible, open-minded, organized, and patient. I have a strong work ethic and follow through with various tasks that are given to me. I provide one-on-one care and meets the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of the children. I make certain that I contribute a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which the children thrive and develop. In addition, I Keep the children’s areas neat and tidy.
I have a lot of experience with children of all ages. Moreover, I am comfortable with infants as I have a lot of experience with my nieces and nephews as well as local families in and around my neighborhood (Bethpage, N.Y.).
