Working with children has been a passion of mine for the past six years, and it’s a role I cherish deeply. As the director of an early learning childcare facility, I find immense joy in the daily interactions with children. What draws me to this work is the reciprocal nature of learning: while I guide and teach them, they, in turn, offer fresh perspectives and insights that continually enrich my understanding of the world.

My journey into childcare began within my own large family of ten, where I learned the importance of patience, empathy, and adaptability from a young age. Additionally, my experience in a healthcare setting has honed my ability to provide compassionate care and support, ensuring the well-being of every child under my guidance.

Academically, my background in Bio-behavioral health, coupled with ongoing studies towards a master’s degree, equips me with a solid understanding of child development and behavioral dynamics. What truly sets me apart is my commitment to integrating principles from the Creative curriculum framework, fostering an environment where children are encouraged to explore their creativity and develop critical thinking skills.

In essence, my approach is founded on empathy and understanding, creating a nurturing environment where children feel valued, heard, and supported in their growth journey.
