I am a passionate baby sitter and paraprofessional with over a year and a half of experience working as a para. I love helping children with their schoolwork and engaging them in enriching activities. I am dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive. I have been working with ESS as a substitute paraprofessional for a year and a half now.

I developed a passion for babysitting when I started taking care of my auntie’s kids. This experience allowed me to discover my love for working with children and helping them grow. Babysitting provided me with the opportunity to engage with kids in a meaningful way, whether through educational activities or simply having fun together. This hands-on experience has been invaluable in shaping my skills and dedication as a caregiver. I have always had a strong desire to make a positive impact on children’s lives. Seeing them succeed and grow gives me immense satisfaction. I love my job because it allows me to build meaningful relationships with children and support their educational and personal development. What makes me good at it is my patience, empathy, and ability to connect with children on their level. I am also very adaptable and can handle different situations with ease.

Preferences:

- Open to working within 20-30 miles from Avenel, but preferably aiming for places that are 10 miles away.
- Non-smoker.
- Although I don’t own a car, I am reliable and will always show up to work on time.
- Flexible hours, willing to work weekdays and weekends.
- I mostly work with young kids, especially in elementary and kindergarten.
- I help children in their various roles, including teaching them to be good listeners and encouraging them to be quiet and not interrupt

Additional services: Meal preparation, Laundry, Light housekeeping, and Travel with family.
